UK policy on Palestine still falls far short of what international law and human rights demand. The Liberal Democrats have an important role to play in pushing for a stronger, more principled approach. Of the three largest parties, the Lib Dems have the clearest policies on banning arms sales, ending settlement trade. and holding Israel to account. We have consistently supported international law and called for the UK to put serious pressure on the Israeli government to end its atrocities in Gaza and the West Bank. 
 


LDFP works closely with Liberal Democrat parliamentarians and members to ensure the party continues to stand up for international law, human rights, and a just and lasting two-state resolution. Through strategic advocacy and awareness raising, we help inform debate within the party and support action in Parliament. We are committed to amplifying Palestinian voices and advocating for peace, justice, accountability and self-determination for the Palestinian people.
