On 1 June, Liberal Democrats parliamentarians were briefed by Shawan Jabarin, General Director of leading Palestinian human rights organisation Al Haq.

The briefing examined the current legal and human rights situation in the occupied Palestinian territory and explored whether the UK is doing enough to avoid aiding or assisting unlawful occupation and apartheid, prevent corporate complicity, and uphold its obligations under international law.

The session was hosted by Baroness Hussein-Ece, Honorary President of LDFP.
